DISCLAIMER
✦ By purchasing my art, you automatically agree to the following conditions. Please read this entirely and carefully.
✦By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described.
✦I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes or anything alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.
I do not draw: minors/loli, gore, elderly, heavy mecha. Ask me if you are unsure.
GENERAL
✦Commissions will take 2 - 3 months per commission, when payment is received.
✦If you need your commission on PRIORITY we must discuss it right away. A rush fee will be added (+50% from full price).
✦As the artist, I keep the right to publish the illustration on my social media. If you do not want the commission posted after being completed, make sure to let me know (will have an additional cost +30% from price).
✦You may not claim my work as your own.
✦After line art is finished, big changes cannot be made. Sketch updates will be sent at the start of the process which is the best time to make any corrections. Major revisions after sketch approval may incur an additional fee and time.
✦Price for commercial use is 50% of the amount.
COMMISSIONS
✦Before payment, please send clear references of your character. You can also include pose references or describe the idea you would like for the artwork.
✦All major revisions must be requested during the sketch stage. This is the stage where composition, pose, and main details can be adjusted.
✦WIPs will be sent after payment is completed or according to the agreed payment plan. I will also wait for your feedback before continuing to the next stage.
✦All commissions are completed in the order they are received.
✦Surprise commissions do not include WIPs or sketches. Because of this, major revisions are not available for this type of commission.
✦When commission is finished, i will send you your PNG file with artwork or PSD file if that Vtuber model, in a google doc folder via e-mail.
PAYMENT
✦I accept payment in USD via Paypal or Vgen.
✦I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your side over the course of the transaction.
✦It is expected that you deposit 100% of the price upfront before I start sketching. After 100% of the payment is sent, I will start sketching. The Sketch will then be sent to you.
REFUNDS
✦Once I start the sketch there will be no refunds.
✦I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch.
✦If we agree on a payment plan and I start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund your said deposit if you back out of the Payment Plan.
